A service call stops at 3 hours — anything bigger is quoted to you first.

Unit turns

Priced per unit from its size (bedrooms and square feet), ceiling height, condition and scope — walls, ceilings, trim, make-ready cleaning — plus any repairs from a fixed repair menu. Labor comes from published construction labor rates and our crews’ job records; paint and parts at contractor prices. The firm price is confirmed on site before work starts; hidden damage is priced with you before we go further.

Paying

One invoice per job with a pay link — ACH (pays the ACH price) or card (debit, credit or Google Pay); checks accepted. Property managers get 30 days. Prices shown are card prices. Paying by ACH pays the ACH price shown beside each one (the card price is the ACH price + 3.5%). No fee is ever added at checkout.
