Takzor LLC dba Takzor Construction · 1141 W Sheridan Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73106 · (405) 870-9740. We do rental property maintenance in central Oklahoma — service calls, unit turns and make-readies — for property managers, landlords, investors and realtors.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, mobile number, email, company, the property address, and the photos, documents and descriptions you send for an estimate. When you use our website we also keep basic technical records (IP address, browser) to keep the site secure and stop abuse.

How we use it

To price your work, send your estimate and bid, schedule and do the job, send progress, field reports, invoices and receipts, take payment, and answer you. If you opt in to texts, we text you about those same things.

Text messages

We text only people who opted in — by checking the box on takzor.com or takzor.pro, or by texting us first. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any text to stop; reply HELP for help.

Who sees your information

Only those who need it to do your job: the vetted subcontractor doing the work (the address, the work and who to call to get in), our payment processor (Helcim) when you pay, our texting provider (Twilio) to deliver texts you asked for, and our hosting provider. We never sell your information.

Photos and field reports

Before-and-after photos document your job and go on your field report. We may show finished jobs on takzor.com as examples of our work — only with names, addresses, unit numbers and people removed, and occupied homes only after a person reviews the photos.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, call or text (405) 870-9740. We keep job records as long as the law requires, then delete them.
