1. It reads takzor.com/llms.txt — prices, the ZIP codes we cover, our commitments and the facts.
2. It sends the request through the Takzor API or our MCP server — your name and number, the address, what’s wrong, the resident to schedule with, and your limit.
3. We set the time with the resident, do the work, and send you the field report and the invoice — pay by ACH or card from the link.
4. Your assistant can check the status and the field report any time, and match it against the invoice.

Service call $137.66 ($133 by ACH) — one tech, up to 2 hours on site, plus parts. Hour three is $52.79 ($51 by ACH) per tech.
